TumbuhTogether is a B2B donation platform concept built to make charitable giving easier for businesses. The project centers on a simple promise: businesses can dedicate a small share of their profit or transaction flow to charity without turning donation management into a separate operational burden.

The web app was developed with React, Tailwind, and Laravel, pairing a responsive front end with a backend suited for managing donation flows, business accounts, project listings, and reporting data.

Context

TumbuhTogether was submitted as a team project for IOFEST 2024 Techsphere at Universitas Tarumanagara (UNTAR), where it received 3rd place in the web development competition.

The product idea focuses on businesses that want a practical way to contribute to social or environmental causes. Instead of asking companies to run a separate campaign each time, TumbuhTogether frames donation as a recurring workflow that can sit alongside normal business activity.

Product Direction

  • Automated giving: Businesses can allocate a fixed percentage, such as 1%, toward selected charitable projects.
  • Project visibility: Donation targets are presented as browsable projects so businesses can choose causes that match their values.
  • Transparent reporting: The platform concept includes updates and financial reporting to help donors understand where contributions go.
  • Business-friendly workflow: The experience is designed around small and medium businesses that need donation tools to be simple, repeatable, and easy to explain.

My Role

I worked on the full-stack implementation, using React and Tailwind for the interface and Laravel for the backend. The main focus was turning the competition concept into a clear web experience: presenting the donation model, structuring the project discovery flow, and supporting the core data needed for businesses and donation projects.

The project remains a competition prototype, so I keep its claims scoped to the concept, implementation, and competition result rather than presenting projected donation or user growth as achieved impact.
